How to Prepare for Your Appointment

To help us deliver the best results and keep your appointment running smoothly, here are a few simple ways to prep for your service. 

• Remove personal items: Please clear out any valuables, bags, or loose items from the interior, trunk, and storage compartments so we can clean thoroughly without risk of damaging or misplacing anything. 
• Provide easy access: Make sure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area where we have space to work around it. Driveways or street parking with room on all sides are ideal. 
• Have water and power nearby (if needed): While we're fully mobile, some services may require access to water or a standard power outlet. If that's the case, we’ll coordinate with you in advance. 
• Keep pets indoors during service: For safety reasons, we ask that pets be kept inside or secured away from the work area while detailing is in progress. 
• Let us know about problem areas: Noticing a stain, scratch, or specific concern? Tell us ahead of time so we can come prepared to address it.
